First Aid at Work Training is essential for equipping individuals with immediate assistance and care skills in the workplace.  Its goal is to preserve life, prevent worsening conditions, and promote recovery.

During emergencies, responders follow critical steps.  They assess the scene for safety and check the person’s responsiveness.  If needed, emergency services are promptly activated. Techniques like CPR and AED usage for cardiac emergencies are taught. Controlling bleeding through direct pressure is emphasized.  Responders learn to manage choking incidents, stabilize fractures and sprains, provide appropriate first aid for burns and scalds, and recognize medical emergencies like heart attacks and strokes.  They also address common workplace injuries such as cuts, wounds, and eye injuries.  Hazards are identified, and preventive measures are implemented.

As our most popular course you will learn everything you need to know (and a little more) to become a CONFIDENT First Aider in your workplace.  Although aimed at anyone, this course will ideally suit fitness instructors, managers, team leaders, area managers, sports coaches, office workers, domestic team members, factory workers, maintenance workers and those in medium to large businesses of more than 25 employees.
