Yes! If you complete an online learning course you will be able to print out your own certificate. Please visit My Account / My Certificates.
If you are finding that the "Save" button isn't working then 1. click on "Print". 2. Under "Destination" choose "Save as PDF". 3. Click "Save" and choose your destination folder.

Yes! You will either receive your certificate through the organisation that booked the training through us or if you attended training at our venue (individual booking) this shall be posted to you.

First - do not complete an online course until your name is spelt correctly, if you do complete a course we are unable to change the name on your certificate. To change your name please visit My Account and click on Account Details.

Some of the key benefits of online learning include flexibility in scheduling, accessibility from anywhere with an internet connection, a wide range of course options, self-paced learning, and the ability to balance education with work or personal commitments. Online learning also promotes digital literacy, independence, and global collaboration.

Please see our terms and conditions. However, generally if a course has not been started / opened and is showing as "% complete" your course can be changed or upgraded. There maybe incurred costs.

No! You must visit each unit in turn viewing all units / completing all quiz's before accessing the final course assessment.

No! You can complete your course in chunks looking back over any previous materials until you are ready to take your final assessment.

Until your certificate expires you will always be able to view or download it from your account - Please visit My Account / My Certificates.

You are welcome at no extra cost to look back over the course materials, retake lesson quiz's and retake the final assessment as many times as needed until you pass.

If you have not yet completed the course then you have 3 years to complete the course from date of purchase before it expires from your account. If you have completed your course then you have until the day that your certificate expires "certificate expiry date" date until this course / certificate is removed from your account.

Team Leader Area

1. Check within your account you have set their email address correctly.
2. Initially ask your Student to check their junk mail looking for emails from info@ttclondon.co.uk
3. Ask your Student to visit our website at www.ttclondon.co.uk and to login using their email address and the password you set them.
4. If you / they do not remember the password then ask them to click on the forgotten password link using the email address they have been set up with - then check their email and junk mail for their new link.
5. If none of the above work then please contact us at info@ttclondon.co.uk.

Yes! Once they complete an online learning course they will be able to download and print out their own certificate. As a Team Leader you also have this option on their behalf for your records.

Please ask the Student to NOT open the course under any circumstance! Then contact us immediately so that we can un-assign the course(s) and place them back in your account.

You will need to contact us with the team name, new Team Leader name and their email address. This may take up to 72 hrs to change.

Yes! You will need to contact us at into@ttclondon.co.uk with their name and email address so that we can add them. Please note that additional Team Leaders attached to your team have exactly the same permissions as yourself. You are at all times responsible for any additional Team Leaders and any actions they perform within your Team Leader account.

These shall arrive via email (pdf's) approximately 10 days after your training for you to print out.
